exception to merchandise marked down on our Clearance Page.

  • If a customer receives the furniture and signs off that it is in good condition, but then decides that the furniture does not
    work, one can return it.  A call to customer within 24 hours is our policy, and there is a $ 35.00 per box restocking fee,
    plus it is the responsibility of the customer to pay return freight.  The furniture must be in the original box(es), and in "new
    condition."

  • Your credit card will be credited, after freight and restocking is deducted, and furniture is inspected.  

  • The customer must contact our customer service department within 24 hours of delivery of receipt of the furniture or
    decor item.

  • If the merchandise arrives damaged, we have insurance to pay the return shipping. For the insurance to pay, there are
    some requirements for a claim to pay successfully.  The customer is responsible for thoroughly inspecting the furniture
    inside the box before signing off on the delivery receipt,  must call our customer service within 24 hours, take photos of
    damage and we'll make arrangements to have the items picked up. Furniture must be returned in the original box,
    cushions inside of plastic bags, and in new condition.  

  •  ** Furniture that is listed on our CLEARANCE SALE page is not returnable and sold as Final Sale. This is due to an
end of season, or perhaps discontinued merchandise.  Some exceptions are made, depending on the furniture items.  If
an item is purchased from our Clearance Page and arrives damaged, we at Oceanside Living and Decor, will credit
your credit card or send out another piece, whichever you choose.
